Systems for household hot water with "Focus 42" collectors

 

For water heaters with capacity of 80 up to 120 litres

The system contains the following components:

  1. Solar collector "Focus 42" – 1 item
  2. Metal stand with electric motor – 1 item
  3. Controller for controlling single panel BS-F12 P – 1 item
  4. Powering module for single panel BS-F12 P – 1 item
  5. Temperature sensor – 2 items
  6. Battery 12A, 3A – 1 item
  7. Circulation pump – 1 item
  8. Back check valve – 1 item
  9. Water heater with one serpentine – 1 item
  10. Expansion vessel – 1 item
  11. Pipe track with thermal insulation – length according to the site
  12. Solution water 70% + propylene glycol 30% - according to the need

The first five components in the list are produced by “Integral 2005” LTD. The other ones are delivered and installed by the distributors for the country under the following conditions:

The type of the stand is chosen after viewing of the site. If the roof is slanted the angle is measured.
The pump is chosen according to the debit and the pressure, after the pipe track has been clarified as a result from the viewing.
The pipes are type PPR or PEX with aluminum insert for central heating. The insulation of the pipes is obligatory.
On the graphics are not shown all auxiliary elements – fittings, taps for filling, bleeding, etc.

Water heaters with volume of 150 up to 200 litres

The system is composed from the following components:

  1. Solar collector "Focus 42" – 2 items
  2. Main controller BS-F100 with integral accumulator – 1 item
  3. Circulation pump – 1 item
  4. Back check valve – 1 item
  5. Water heater with one serpentine – 1 item
  6. Expansion vessel – 1 item
  7. Pipe track with thermal insulation – length according to the site
  8. Solution water 70% + propylene glycol 30% - according to the need

The first two components from the list are produced by “Integral 2005” OOD. The remaining ones are delivered and installed by the distributors for the country after viewing the site. The electric connections and part of the pipe track are not shown on the picture.

One “Focus-42” set includes:
1) Collector :Focus-42C” or “Focus-42N” – 1 item
2) Metal stand with electric motor – 1 item
3) Flexible connections with insulation – 2 items.
4) Controller BS-F12S – 1 item
5) Temperature sensors – 1 or 2 items

Water heater with volume of over 200 litres

The manufacturer recommends the following configurations:

• Water heater of 300 litres – "Focus 42" set – 3 or 4 items
• Water heater of 400 litres - "Focus 42" set – 4 or 5 items
• Water heater of 500 litres - "Focus 42" set – 5, 6 or 7 items

For systems which are used throughout the year the bigger number of collectors is recommended.
